Queens of the Stone Age

Queens of the Stone age is an American hard rock band from Palm Desert, California. The band was formed in 1997 by lead vocalist and guitarist Josh Homme after the breakup of his former band Kyuss. The band has been through various members over the years but the current lineup features guitarist Troy Va Leeuwen, Joey Castillo on drums, Michael Shuman on bass, and Dean Fertiita on guitar and backup vocals. Their musical style has been described as “Stoner Rock” referencing the influence of drugs and marijuana. They have been nominated for four Grammy awards but never won. Their albums include Queens of the Stone Age (1998), Rated R (2000), Songs for the Deaf (2002), Lullabies to Paralyze (2005), Era Vulgaris (2007).   Booking Queens of the Stone Age is a great idea if you want one of the top rock bands of our time to play at your next event.
