Invisible Scratch Pickles

Hailing from San Francisco, this group of DJ's were the true pioneers of turntablism in the early 90's and beyond.  The group was first started by DJ greats DJ Q-bert, DJ Apollo, and Mix Master Mike (who have since left the group), but gained other notable DJ's A-Trak, DJ Flare, DJ Disk, Shortkut, and Yogafrog among others.  They retired from competition in July 2000 since their skills highly discouraged other turntablists from entering competitions since their destroyed all contenders.  They have toured the world and held many seminars teaching other DJ's the skills they created.  DJ companies such as Vestaz and Ortofon had members of Invisivl Skratch Piklz help develop products such as the break record, which has become a very important tool for all DJ's worldwide.  Although the group has broken up, solo careers have sparked, including DJ Q-bert, Shortkut, Mix Master Mike, and DJ Disk.  Booking one or more of the DJ's from Invisibl Skratch Piklz is a great idea if you want one of the best DJ's in the world to scratch up a storm at your next event.
