Estelle Fanta Swaray or better known as Estelle is of English decent. She was born January 18, 1980 in Hammersmith, London, England. She grew up in a very large family, which consisted of eight brothers and sisters. In 2004 she came onto the scene with her songs 1984 and Free. Her first album titled The 18^th Day was very well accepted in the UK and reached as high as No. 35 on the UK charts. Her major claim to fame came later when she was featured on Kanye West’s American Girl track where she lent her sultry vocals to the song. In 2009 her song Star was used in Crystal Light commercials. She has recorded records with some of Hip Hops biggest stars like Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, and of Kardinal Offishall. She continues to record music and perform shows all over the US and the UK and booking Estelle would bring success to any event.
