DJ Kid Capri

Hailing from the Bronx, Kid Capri started his career rocking block parties then graduated to getting spot DJ sets at Studio 54 in New York with his set partner Starchild.  His placement as the DJ on the show Def Comedy Jam gave him a lot of recognition to the masses (he deejayed for seven seasons), but his production gave him notoriety among the hip hop elites for doing tracks with Boogie Down Productions, Big L, Quincy Jones, Heavy D, and Grand Puba.  Most recently he has been seen performing alongside Rakim as his DJ for consecutive Rock the Bells’ sets in 2007 and 2008.  Booking Kid Capri is a great idea if you want one of the best hip hop DJ’s ever to come perform at your event.
