Busta Rhymes
Busta Rhymes started his musical career at the age of 17, but it was in 1991 that the artist was acknowledged as a great performer. The one thing that has to be considered when booking Busta is that he is one of the most distinctive hip hop personalities whose complex musical style will continue to be an inspiration for numerous generations.
The artist's name is Trevor George Smith, Jr. and was born on May 20, 1972. His 1996 album The Coming marked Busta Rhymes' debut in solo career. The album included the platinum and Grammy nominated single Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check. Following the same tradition, the next album When Disaster Strikes had a tremendous success in both US and UK. Extinction Level Event (Final World Front) featured another world wide success What's It Gonna Be?! featuring Janet Jackson.
While his musical career was at its highest peak, Busta Rhymes entered the acting world starring in Shaft and Finding Forrester. His eighth studio album, Back on My BS is to be released by the end of 2008 as a prolongation of his exceptional performances as both singer and song writer. |
