Bowzer & The Stingrays

The alter ego of Jon Bauman, Bowzer is the funny, gangly Brooklyn nature with gangly features.  Success for Bauman began when they formed the hit television serious Sha Na Na, which was the number one show in America at its inception in 1969 and four years following.  After Sha Na Na ended its run, Bauman went on to host many differ TV shows and had features on the following works: Match Game-Hollywood Squares Hour, Pop “N” Rocker Game, VJ on VH1, The Jetsons, Animaniacs, and Miami Vice.  He then formed the music group Bowzer and the Stingrays, who he has been performing with all over the world at different amusement parks, fairs, cruise ships, and concert halls.  If you’re interested in booking a jack of all trades type of act, then Jon Bauman is the way to go.
