Beatnuts

The Beatnuts are an underground Latin crew who moved from being strictly producers to a full-fledged hip-hop group. In the late 80s, JuJu and Psycho Les first linked up to form the Beatnuts. After successfully producing and remixing for the likes of Cypress Hill, Naughty by Nature, and da Lench Mob, they earned their own recording deal and released mini-LP Intxicated Demons.

The following year, they released a full-length self-titled album. In 1997, they released Stone Crazy, followed by Musical Massacare in 1999. In 2001, they released Take It or Squeeze It, which showcased their danceable funk side and featured collaborations with Method Man and Fat Man Scoop.
